Delivery - wool bedding, bedlinen and other (UK)
We offer free shipping to the UK on all orders over £100.
Orders under £100 are charged at £4.95.
We aim to ship all orders received by 11am on a next working day service, but at busy times this may vary, so please get in touch with your order number to hello@floks.co.uk if you urgently need your order and we will expedite it as quickly as possible for you.
You will receive a text message or e-mail with your scheduled delivery time from our very efficient delivery partners. If you need to make any changes to your delivery time, date or location, you can do so on the link that they send you.
Delivery - wool bedding, bedlinen and other (International)
We are committed to getting your delivery to you in the safest and quickest way possible. For our international customers, this means that we need to charge a little more to get your order out to you. This charge will be added to your order based on your location at checkout.
Please note - your International order may be subject to import taxes and duties based on your delivery location. Unfortunately these charges are beyond our control.
Delivery - beds and mattresses (UK)
Our mattresses and beds are delivered free of charge to a room of your choice by our very friendly and helpful two man delivery teams. Your bed will be assembled, mattress put in place and all packaging removed. The only thing they won't do is put the sheets on for you (although if you make them a nice cup of tea....you never know!).
We will contact you with a delivery slot (AM or PM) around a week before your order is ready to be delivered. If the time given doesn't suit, please get in touch at hello@floks.co.uk and we can sort a suitable alternative for you.
The delivery team can remove your existing used un-soiled mattress and take it away for recycling. If you would like this option, please add it to your order at checkout.

Returns
Wool bedding -
Wool bedding can take a few days to get used to. It can be heavier than down for example, but trust us, if you stick with it we think you will never want to move away from this amazing natural fibre and will love it as much as we do! However, if it’s not for you and you are not totally happy, we will take it back, no questions asked. A full refund will be given if it’s returned within 30 days of delivery. Just drop us an email to hello@floks.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.
Returns under our 30 night sleep trial are free of charge within the UK. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns under our 30 night sleep trial on goods purchased outside of the UK.
Bedlinen and other -
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return it, we'd be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note, as long as the return is made within 30 days of receiving your purchase and any items are unused, unwashed and within their original packaging.

Bespoke made products -
Our bespoke, made to order beds, luxury wool mattresses, mattress enhancers, and bespoke size bedding are not covered by our 30 night sleep trial or standard returns policy. Returns on these products will only be accepted in the unlikely event that your product should develop a fault.
