Hemp - what it actually does
Hemp's long, hollow fibres are naturally breathable - working with your body temperature rather than trapping heat. Naturally antibacterial, it gets softer with every wash. Hemp is one of the most sustainable and durable fibres in the world.
The cotton side
The reverse is 300-thread-count sateen organic cotton, GOTS-certified from field to fabric. Smooth, weighty and cool against the skin. Two materials, one cover for you to choose.

50% natural hemp and 50% GOTS-certified organic cotton, in a 300 thread count sateen weave, finished with hemp buttons. It’s made in Portugal. The fitted sheet is 100% organic cotton.
Whichever you prefer. The washed hemp side is relaxed and slightly textured, and the organic cotton sateen side is smooth and soft. Lots of people try both and settle on a favourite, or switch depending on how they feel.
Yes. The hemp side relaxes and softens a little more with every wash.
Machine wash at 40°C, then line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Don’t dry clean. Give it a low iron for a crisper finish, or skip the iron for a softer, natural look.
