I have given 2* because the mattress is beautifully made. However, although it is described as medium tension I am experiencing it as firm, firmer than the ‘firm’ mattress it replaced. I am struggling to get comfortable and experiencing back, shoulder and neck pain. I expected my sleep to improve, but at present it is worse than it was.
I am turning/flipping as instructed so hoping it will improve. This was a very expensive mattress so spending a further £200 for a topper is out of the question.
If I were to advise potential customers, I would say, go back to the store and lie on it repeatedly until you have an absolute feel of the tension.
Really pleased with the new Medium pillow. Been struggling to find a comfortable combination for years but this sorts it all in one go!
