Morning: Set your sleep cycle
Just like the rising sun, your body thrives on rhythm. Try to wake up at the same time each day - yes, even on weekends. Exposure to natural light early in the morning helps regulate your body clock, setting you up for better sleep later on.

Afternoon: Keep moving
A brisk walk after lunch isn’t just great for digestion—it’s proven to lower stress and blood pressure, clearing your mind before winding down for the night. As the evenings grow lighter, take advantage of the fresh air to help prepare your body for sleep and take an early evening stroll.

Evening: Wind down right
A good bedtime routine is like a gentle lullaby for your body and just find someting that works for you... at Floks there's a bath v shower divide! Here are a few of our favourite ways to ease into sleep:

 Create the perfect sleep microclimate: Temperature is everything when it comes to restorative sleep. A cool sleep environment is important, which is harder to achieve as we approach Spring Summer. Ensure you're sleeping on and under natural, breathable materials such as cotton , wool and linen. The main reason people wake on a night is because they overheat and then they struggle to get their core body temperature back down, which in turn prevents them from falling back to sleep quickly.

 List writing or journalling -  Before you hit the hay, clear your mind and if needed, write your list for the following day. This can really help to seperate yourself from the day you've just had, making way for a deep sleep and a fresh day ahead.
