Founder & CEO
Sophie founded Floks with a clear mission: to help people achieve their best-ever sleep in the most sustainable way. With a background in product design and sales, and a lifelong obsession with the importance of sleep, she brings both creativity and commercial experience to the brand. Her vision is to grow Floks into a trusted name for natural sleep products while keeping people and the planet at the heart of every decision. Balancing business growth with family life, she leads with clarity and care, inspired by her love of the Alps, nature, and time outdoors.
Liz
Operations Director
Liz oversees the operational heartbeat of Floks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in logistics and a lifelong love of yoga, she brings a calm, considered, and highly capable presence to the team. Liz is known for her problem-solving skills and her ability to keep even the busiest days on track.
Jodi
Customer Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Jodi is at the centre of our customer and warehouse operations, making sure every order and delivery runs seamlessly. Beyond logistics, she also keeps the office running smoothly and plays a key role in organising and supporting the wider team. With a natural warmth, eye for detail, and a calm, methodical approach, she ensures both our customers and colleagues feel supported. Outside of work, Jodi finds balance through teaching yoga, mindfulness, and quality time with her family.

Creative Lead
Sara shapes the creative identity of Floks, from design to visual merchandising and brand storytelling. With years of experience in creative direction, she brings a thoughtful and refined aesthetic to everything she touches. Passionate about simplicity and good design, she’s happiest outdoors in nature or with a design book and a cup of tea in hand.

Customer Care Coordinator
Emma is the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers, making sure every experience with Floks is a positive one. With a background in customer service and a love for building genuine connections, she combines professionalism with empathy. Away from her desk, she enjoys travel, good food, and creating calm spaces at home.
