We've wanted to share some of the small, daily things that we love at Floks HQ, hoping you may like and benefit from them too. Our resident stylist and creative lead, Sara, has helped us with our first edition of Field Notes with her top seasonal finds.
So here we are ... the month of July. In the UK (or maybe just Yorkshire) we're willing the sun to stay out. But whatever the weather, we are embracing the outdoors by taking in nature and enjoying time with friends.

Floks Feels
Food ... It forms a lot of our tea break chats at Floks HQ. What fuels us and makes us feel good. Sara's latest cook book by Anna Jones - Quick Wins - is a must. Packed with nourishing inspiration that's full of flavour AND food that's kind on the planet ... what's not to love?
Sara's new 'go to' recipe from this book is the aubergine and peanut butter curry. Yum ... when can team Floks come for tea?!
Mindfulness ... It's easy to become overloaded by all of the wellness advice and products out there, which is why at Floks HQ we're loving The Good Trade. A balanced approach to living mindfully, which is also digestible and accessible.

Floks Finds
Honna Pyjamas ... Where do we start? If you've followed us for a while, you'll recognise some of their designs from our photoshoots. BUT they don't just look amazing, they are beyond comfortable and stand the test of time too.
Obviously they're sustainable and use only GOTs certified organic cotton and dyes. Discover them here.
Skincare ... what a minefield this is now! Often a hot topic at Floks HQ as we try to take a less is more approach. We are therefore constantly on the lookout for brands and products that have this ethos. This month, Sonsie have come out on top. Their 'mindful, minimal skincare', is simple and effective. Founded by Pamela Anderson, it doesn't necessarily need to shout out, yet it deserves it for the results after just one month of use.
