Your mattress shouldn’t have a strong smell. Natural wool can have a light, earthy scent when it’s new, which usually fades within a few days with good airflow in the room. If it doesn’t, get in touch and we’ll help.

Back and front sleepers tend to prefer medium to firm support that keeps the spine aligned. Our mattresses come in Medium and Firm firmness. We’d recommend one to keep your mattress fresh for longer. Choose a breathable, natural protector, as a plastic or waterproof one will stop the wool from breathing and undo much of its benefit.
